Meet the Executive Director

With over 18 years of dedicated experience in Early Childhood Education, I have built a career grounded in a deep passion for nurturing and caring for young children. My journey into this field began naturally, inspired by a genuine love for children and a desire to be part of their early growth, learning, and joy.

Throughout my career, I’ve earned a number of essential certifications that reflect my commitment to safety, development, and excellence, including a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, CPR/First Aid certification, and training as a mandatory reporter. I have also completed specialized training in Health & Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and Fire Safety—each an important part of providing a safe and responsive environment for children and their families.

Before stepping into my current role as Executive Director, I served as the Director at Fontainebleau Children’s Academy in Mandeville, where I led with compassion, a focus on high-quality programming, and a strong dedication to staff development and family partnerships. Prior to that, I had the privilege of working hands-on with children from infancy through age five. Those classroom years were truly special to me—they gave me a firsthand understanding of each stage of development and the beautiful moments that happen when children feel seen, safe, and supported. Watching a child’s eyes light up with curiosity or pride in their accomplishments is something I’ll never stop cherishing.

As both an educator and a family childhood provider, my core mission is to create a secure, loving, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. I believe in supporting their physical, social, and emotional development at their own unique pace, always with warmth, patience, and respect. Every child is a remarkable individual, and by honoring who they are, we help them build self-esteem, empathy, and a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.

I am deeply committed to the principles of excellence in early childhood education and consider it a true privilege to lead our incredible team at Fontainebleau Children’s Academy. Together, we are proud to provide exceptional care and meaningful learning experiences for every child entrusted to us.
