Meet the Directors of Mandeville

Amanda Warren

I am Amanda Warren, currently serving as the Director at Fontainebleau Children’s Academy in Mandeville, Louisiana. With over 18 years of dedicated experience in the field of Early Childhood Education, I have cultivated a deep passion for nurturing and caring for children. My journey in this profession began naturally, driven by a genuine love for children and their development.

Throughout my career, I have achieved significant qualifications and certifications to ensure the highest standards of care and safety. These include obtaining my Child Development Associate (CDA), certification in CPR/First Aid, and becoming a mandatory reporter. I have also received specialized training in Health & Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and Fire Safety.

Prior to my current role, I had the privilege of teaching children from infants to 5-year-olds, affording me a comprehensive understanding of various age groups. However, my heart lies with young children, and nothing brings me greater joy than witnessing their growth and development.

As an early childhood educator and family childhood provider, my foremost objective is to create a secure and nurturing environment for every child under my care. I am dedicated to fostering their physical, social, and emotional development at their individual pace. My approach centers on providing loving care that recognizes each child as a unique and remarkable individual, thus building their self-esteem and nurturing respect for others.

I am committed to the principles of excellence in early childhood education and look forward to continuing my journey in providing exceptional care and education to the children at Fontainebleau Children’s Academy.

Ashley McGinnis

Hi, my name is Ashley. I’m the Curriculum & Professional Development Director at Fontainebleau Children’s Academy in Mandeville, Louisiana. With over 15 years in Early Childhood Education, I’m deeply passionate about working with children and take great joy in understanding each child as an individual. I’m dedicated to making sure every child feels safe and cared for throughout the day, and I prioritize keeping parents informed and confident that their child is in excellent hands.

I hold several qualifications and certifications, including my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, and I am trained as an Infant/Toddler Class observer.
