Meet the Directors of Mandeville

Ashley Comeaux

Director of FCA Mandeville

My name is Ashley Comeaux and I am excited to be serving as the Director at Fontainbleau Children's Academy. I have been blessed to have over 21 years of experience in childcare, I have developed a deep passion for nurturing and guiding children through their vital developmental stages. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children of various ages, creating safe, supportive, and enriching environments where they can grow, learn, and thrive.

I am dedicated to providing not only educational opportunities but also emotional support, ensuring every child feels valued, understood, and encouraged. My journey in childcare has been incredibly fulfilling and my love for working with children continues to inspire me everyday.

I am excited to continue growing in this field, always striving to stay informed about the best practices in early childhood education. With a heart for children and a commitment to their well being, I look forward to the future and the impact I will continue to make in their lives. I encourage everyone to reach out to me if needed for anything, the children are our future and together we will build a strong foundation for their success.

Ashley McGinnis

Assistant Director of FCA Mandeville

Curriculum & PD Coordinator

Hi, my name is Ashley. I’m the Curriculum & Professional Development Director at Fontainebleau Children’s Academy in Mandeville, Louisiana. With over 15 years in Early Childhood Education, I’m deeply passionate about working with children and take great joy in understanding each child as an individual. I’m dedicated to making sure every child feels safe and cared for throughout the day, and I prioritize keeping parents informed and confident that their child is in excellent hands.

I hold several qualifications and certifications, including my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, and I am trained as an Infant/Toddler Class observer. I’m also CPR and First Aid certified and a Mandatory Reporter. Before stepping into my current role, I taught children of all ages, but my heart has always been with the toddlers. I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day—it doesn’t feel like work because it’s what I love to do!
